1. Quit Nahimic Audio (for MSI users)
- Open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc or Ctrl + Alt + Delete and selecting Task Manager.
- Look for the Nahimic Audio process. It may be named something like “NahimicSvc32.exe” or “NahimicSvc64.exe.”
- Right-click on the Nahimic Audio process and choose “End Task” or “End Process.”
2. Close Sonic Suite or SS2Svc64.exe (for ASUS users)
- Open Task Manager as mentioned above.
- Locate processes related to Sonic Suite, such as “SS2Svc64.exe.”
- Right-click on the Sonic Suite process and choose “End Task” or “End Process.”
3. Disable audio-related drivers or services
- Press Win + R to open the Run dialog, type
services.msc
, and press Enter.
- Locate the service named “RTHDMIAzAudService” or any Realtek High Definition Audio-related service.
- Right-click on the service, choose “Properties,” and set the Startup Type to “Disabled.” Click “Apply” and then “OK.”
4. Use MS Autoruns to disable audio-related startup items
- Download MS Autoruns from Microsoft’s official website.

6. Verify the Integrity of Game Files
