How to use cheats in The Sims 4?

To input The Sims 4 cheats on PC, you first need to open up the cheat console within the game. Exactly how you do this will depend on your hardware:

Windows users: hit CTRL + SHIFT + C.
Mac users: hit CMD + SHIFT + C.

Money X	In place of X, type in the amount of money you want to have. For example, if you type in Money 10000, then you get 10000 household funds. But remember this cheat also works the other way around so if you happen to have 50000 household funds and you type Money 5, will then you will only have 5 household funds.
FreeRealEstate On	This will make all the real estate slots in your neighborhood free allowing you to purchase them free of cost.
sims.modify_funds [+/-][amount]	This will allow you to add or subtract the exact amount of simoleons from the currently active household’s funds.
household.autopay_bills true	This will turn off all the household bills so you don’t have to worry about paying them.
