Fix 1. Modify Intune Application Protection Policy

The error is shown when you try to paste data to an unauthorized application. This happens due to Microsoft Intune policies as it restricts users from replicating information for security purposes.

However, Microsoft Intune now allows the user to configure and change the policy allowing users to copy information to a certain authorized application while the rest of the applications are restricted.

For this you have to undergo the following steps:

Microsoft Intune Dashboard
Microsoft Intunes Client Apps
Creating New App Protection Policy
Data Protection Policy

Or, you can create a new policy by selecting the Create policy button from the list of policies. For this, you will have to provide additional details. You will find the feature in question under Settings > Data Protection > Data Transfer.
