Find the Minnie and talk to her she will talk about the Cheerful Chums Club and talk about some banners. Now you need to investigate the Glade of Trust for a long-lost banner. Go to Glade of trust and search the area near the river. You will find a Red Old and Damaged Banner with a plant. Take the banner and talk to Minnie again.

You talk about the Banner situation and she will ask you to repair the Banner. Now you need to get the materials.

How to craft Cheerful Chums Club Banner

You need to grow the cotton which will take 25 minutes and then you will be able to craft the Fabric on the crafting machine. Then you need to find the Gold Nugget which you can find at different places like Sunlit Plateau, Frosted Heights, and Forgotten Lands. Now you need to craft the Dye which you can craft by getting the Empty Vial, Squid, and Garnet.

You can get squid from Glade of Trust and Forgotten Lands. You can find the Garnet from the Plaza and Peaceful Meadow. Now you have all the materials to craft the Dye. After getting all the materials to go to the Crafting table and craft the Cheerful Chums Club Banner.

After that go to your house and place the Cheerful Chums Club Banner in a nice spot. You can place them by your place of choice. Select the Cheerful Chums Club Banner and place it on the wall. Go talk to Minnie again and you will receive the Part Dress.
